Crimson Door LLC is a Washington-based and privately-owned company that holds real estate. It is not a property management company.

This site exists to list any of our current homes for rent and to help prevent potential tenants from getting scammed. We watermark our photos now, which might be what led you to this site.

We often post properties on third-party website such as Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, etc. Occasionally, someone attempts to steal the photos and listing information, often creating a similar post at a rent price that appears lower that the expected market price. They will then ask you to drive by the home and then may ask you for a deposit or fee, often via Paypal, Venmo, etc. Once they receive your money, you will never hear from them again.

If you have any questions about the validity of any listing you see on a third-party website, please contact us and we will verify whether it is actually the owner (us) to whom you are talking. We post any of our current listings below.

And please, never, ever, place a deposit down on a property unless you have been given a key or code access and seen the inside of the property.
